What this site collects
This is not a product signup. The only personal information collected here is what you choose to send.
The Contact form asks for your name, email, seat, institution type, whether anyone has challenged the record itself rather than the resulting decision, who would bear the cost if that record were insufficient, and anything else you write.
Submissions go through Netlify Forms to eli@semafide.com. They are used only to reply. They are not sold, not used for advertising, and not added to a list.
Mail sent directly to that address is ordinary email. It is not stored in the form.
There are no accounts. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and the page injector may set their own technical cookies; that is outside this note.
To have a form submission deleted, email the address you used. I will delete the copy I hold.
Links off this site, including GitHub, are other parties. This note does not cover them.
